Troubleshooting

If the AirPlay does not work, first make sure

• Your devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi.
• The device your are connecting to supports AirPlay.
• There is no firewall blocking AirPlay.
• If you are streaming to an Apple MacBook computer, the AirPlay receiver needs to be enabled. Also, a pretty recent MacBook with macOS Monterey is required.
  Note: when streaming to Zoom Meetings, the AirPlay receiver needs to be disabled. See the Zoom troubleshooting guide.

If AirPlay seems to work but the Grapic app does not stream content, make sure you have placed the selection frame on a surface. Also, have look at our How To Share with AirPlay
